International Synthesizer Day 2019

It’s that time of year again, Skylab Radio will once again be taking part in a very special annual tradition. Over 24 hours across the world, 12 online radio platforms (curated by Tel Aviv’s exemplary Teder FM) will each put forward two hours of programming to celebrate our most synthiest of days.

As the synth baton is passed across the timezones, so too modulate the days of our lives, and as such, for Skylab’s segment we’re taking it upon ourselves to show the world just how synthy we indeed are.

We’re extremely humbled to announce that this year we’ll be broadcasting directly from @mess_ltd , a one-of-a-kind collection, archive, studio and workspace of truly unique synthesizers located right here in Melbourne.
